Knowing These Numbers Can Save Your Life

Knowing the numbers can save your life, or the life of someone you love.

If that sounds important to you, then answer these 2 questions best you can; they may take a little research – but again they may save a life as well.


1-     Do you have any idea how much saturated fat you consume in a day?

2-     Do you adhere to the 2,500mg of sodium principle?

If not, you are running the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke,  and many other conditions associated with un-healthy eating habits; or should we call it the lack of educating yourself about living healthier.


* According to the FDA, you should only consume 2,300-2,500mg of sodium each day. (1 can of    chicken soup has this entire amount!!)

* 30% of your entire caloric intake should come from fat. For example, if you consume 2,000 calories today, 600 calories should come from fat intake- THAT’S ALL! (1 dozen chicken wings, 2 slices of pizza… both contain an entire day’s worth, depending on the size, sauce, cheese,etc)


YOUR TAKEAWAY: Make a list of what you ate yesterday.
